| Bag | Maximum size | Weight |
|---|---|---|
| Free under-seat bag | 40 x 30 x 20 cm (15.5 x 12 x 8 in) | None published |
| Cabin bag One 10 kg cabin bag | 56 x 45 x 25 cm (22 x 17.5 x 10 in) | 10 kg |
Jet2's small bag limit of 40 x 30 x 20 cm is the same as Ryanair, Wizz Air and Vueling, so one under-seat bag works across all four. The main cabin bag can be a standard 56 x 45 x 25 cm wheeled case or a large travel backpack.
The 10 kg weight limit applies to the cabin bag. That is enough for a week of summer clothes if you pack light layers, and packing cubes make it easier to see what you are taking and stop the bag shifting over the limit.
Hold luggage is priced per bag, up to 22 kg each, and you can add up to three. If you are close to the cabin limit, a small luggage scale saves a surprise at the airport.
Tips for flying Jet2
- Weigh the cabin bag after packing: 10 kg includes the bag itself.
- Put liquids and electronics in the small bag so security is quicker.
- Use the small bag for the flight and the cabin bag for the trip.
