Delivery is included in every price. The amount you see on the product page is what you pay.

Each product page shows the delivery time for your country before you pay, in working days, and tracking is emailed when it ships.

Orders can be placed for UK addresses now. Europe and the US are next; you can already choose them at the top of the page to see prices.

For UK orders the price shown is the full price, with nothing more to pay at the door.

We email a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. You can also sign in to your account, or use the order tracking page with your order reference and email.

Email support@passomondo.com straight away with your order reference. If the order has not been sent to our warehouse yet, we can usually change or cancel it.

No. Your account is created from your email when you order, and you can sign in any time with a one-time code to see your orders.

By debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

We only take payments your bank confirms, for example through your banking app or Apple Pay or Google Pay. If a payment is not confirmed, it is cancelled and your card is not charged. Prepaid and gift cards are not accepted.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Our returns page explains how.

Email support@passomondo.com with your order reference and a photo, and we will put it right.

Use our cabin bag checker or the airline bag size table. A product only shows a fit badge after we have measured our own sample against the airline's published size.
