Knee and joint supports

Supports and sleeves add light compression and warmth around a joint. Many people wear them for training, long walks or days on their feet because they like the snug, supported feel.

About knee and joint supports

Our range covers knitted knee sleeves, a knee support pad, a neoprene shoulder support and sleeves for the arch and foot. They are general supports, not medical devices. If you have pain, swelling or an injury, speak to a GP or physiotherapist before you rely on one.

For running and gym work, a sleeve that covers the joint evenly tends to stay in place better than a strap. For walking holidays and long shifts, many people prefer a lighter knitted sleeve they barely notice under trousers. Arch and foot sleeves sit inside your normal shoes and socks.

How to choose

  • Fit matters more than anything: a support should feel firm but never numb, tingle or leave deep marks.
  • Knitted sleeves are breathable for sport; neoprene holds more warmth.
  • Measure around the joint as the product page describes, and choose the size that matches.
  • Wash by hand in cool water and let it air dry so it keeps its stretch.

Questions

Will a knee support fix knee pain?

A support can make a joint feel more comfortable, but it does not treat the cause. For ongoing pain, see a GP or physiotherapist.

Can I wear a knee sleeve all day?

Take it off if it feels tight, numb or uncomfortable, and do not sleep in it unless a clinician has told you to.

Can I return a support if the size is wrong?

Yes. You have 14 days to send it back unused. See our returns page for how.
